Historic Littleton, Inc. provides many activities throughout the year for members and non-members alike, as well as notices of important historic preservation, and history events occurring in the Littleton area. Historic Littleton, Inc. will also note regional history and preservation events that would be of interest to members and citizens offered by other Historical Societies. All event, activities, and meetings will be posted on the Events Calendar below.
Speakers/Programs
Historic Littleton, Inc. will occasionally sponsor speakers and lectures by local and regional experts on history and preservation topics. We also coordinate lectures with the Littleton History Museum.
Historic Happy Hour
Historic Littleton, Inc. will hold informal happy hour events where preservationist and history buffs can meet and have casual discussion about a variety of topics. The location could be in an interesting family-oriented venue.
Tours and Special Events
Our special events include history and architectural walking tours,
and modernism tours of historic sites in Littleton and through out the Denver area.
Member Only Events
Member-only events consist of the annual Christmas Party, special member only
activities and the annual board meeting.

Honorary Dog Mayor
Attention all dog owners:
Historic Littleton, Inc. elected its first Honorary Dog Mayor in November 2021! Meet Honorary Dog Mayor, Murdock, a five-year-old Basset Hound. Netty, Dog Mayor Pro Tem, is a six-year-old French Bulldog.

✦ About The Speakers ✦
Josh Robinson is Senior Project Designer at KEPHART Architects, President of Docomomo Colorado, and is known for his talks and activities relating to Modernist architecture across the city and state. Robinson is also the President of the Ghost Town Club of Colorado, and participates in roles relating to education and preservation of those historic sites. In his free time Josh is restoring a 1955 Modernist home designed by Norton Polivnick in the historic community of Sunset Lanes.
Kimber Dempsey is a realtor specializing in mid-century modern, vintage, and other unique properties. She is a Colorado native who is immersed in the local market, sitting on the board for Historic Littleton Inc and Docomomo US/Colorado to promote education and preservation of the state’s modern architecture. As the chair of the Colorado Chapter’s Documentation committee, she applies her personal knowledge and experience of maintaining modern properties. Her latest projects include a landmark designation for a Bruce Sutherland residence in Littleton, a National Register nomination for South Dahlia Lane, and restoring the Cottle House in Arapaho Hills.
