6:00 pm: Littleton Downtown Historic District Walking Tours

Travel back in time with a tour of buildings, lives, and events on a historic walking tour of the newly established Littleton Downtown Historic District. During the tour you will learn about the history of the building, including the architecture, and the people who owned them.

Meet in front of the Littleton Courthouse at 2069 West Littleton Boulevard. This tour is free, but donations are appreciated. You do not need reservations to attend.

Join Historic Littleton and Dog mayor Murdock for the second dog walk along City Ditch. We will meet at Saint Mary's Church in the baseball field parking lot. The walk will proceed North towards Littleton BLVD.

2:00 pm: J. D. HILL GENERAL STORE 150th BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

Please join Historic Littleton, Inc. and Littleton Mayor Pro Tem Gretchen Rydin on Saturday, July 30 at 2:00 PM to celebrate the 150th birthday of the J.D. Hill General Store building, 5738 S. Rapp Street. Birthday cake will be served.
The J. D. Hill building, built in 1872, was Littleton’s first general store and post office. It is the oldest building in Littleton
Volunteers from HLI will talk about the early days of Littleton and give out free coloring books and prints of Littleton’s historic buildings. Littleton’s Honorary Dog Mayor Murdoch and Dog Mayor Pro Tem Netty will be available for photos.
